Ego sometimes makes a baboon unaware that it is confronting a predator, only to find itself breathing its last, as it laments the slight possibility of reversing its pride.
Pride is the domain of lions and not baboons, but so often baboons have found themselves at the teethful mercy of lions because of occupying this office reserved for kings of the jungle.
It is no accident that a group of lions is called a pride, and the behaviour of being self-absorbed is called pride as well.
Lions are by default preoccupied by themselves, and once or twice a day they remind the jungle by a mighty roar, second in vocal strength to thunder.
This is the attitude brands in Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, and Africa, must occupy, as there is none other when it comes to profitability and consumability of product and service.
No consumer wants to be associated with defeat, and Baboon brands are obsessed with a falsity of a victorious life.
Lion brands are comfortable in victory, and are always defending their position of dominance, even if there is no greater predator after them, other than life itself.
Why create a brand unless dominion and profit are the reason?
Weak-minded and weak attitude brands must be expelled in all African markets, by raising the game of sales and marketing.
